September 1, 2011: Critical Campout

As part of the MOCA Engagement Party, the Los Angeles Urban Rangers will lead a campfire discussion and an overnight campout on MOCA’s scenic plaza. Interpreting a range of habitats, from the historic monument of MOCA Grand Avenue to the erupting neighborhood of Gallery Row, participants will examine the evolving ecology of art and gentrification in Downtown L.A.

Overnight space is limited. Campsite reservations will begin on August 1, so please reserve early by emailing reservations@moca.org.
